This is a quick and simple Amigurumi pattern that I just love to make! I like an anatomically accurate look when writing patterns, still incorporating a cute cartoony endearing quality. When crochet with suggested XL size, using size 6 super bulky yarn and 9mm hook,the bulbous head measures 9” by 5”, perfect for hugging and makes a lovely cuddle friend. The tentacles are long, aprox 10” and curly (in fact the kept grabbing my working yarn while they were being made) and are just pleasing to the touch.
