4 ply yarn in the following colours: light ochre & camel

Stitches and abbreviations
Mr- Magic ring
St-stitch
Ch- chain
Sc- single crochet
Inc- increase - 2sts in 1 st
Dec-decrease - crochet 2sts together
Dc - double crochet
Sl- slip stitch
Fo - Fasten off. Sl into the 1st st of the row Ch1 to pull up a loop, cut the yarn and pull the loop up and tighten the knot.
Flo- work into the front loop only
Blo - work into the back loop only

Pattern notes

1. This pattern is written in US crochet terminology and is worked in the round unless specified differently
2. The pig and the hat are both made with dk yarn and the 3mm crochet hook.
3. The dress is made with 4ply yarn and the 2mm crochet hook.
4. For the most part the increase sts in this pattern are s single crochet stitches into the same st unless stated differently. Like dc inc this will be 2 double crochet sts into 1 st.
5. You can decorate the dress with embroidery.
6. Safety eyes are optional and not recommended if you are going to give this toy to a small child.
7. You can achieve many different looks by simply changing the piggy’s eyes.
8. Pin everything in place before sewing to ensure you are happy with how your pig look.
