Raspberry colored yarn in your choice
Green colored yarn in your choice (optional)
Polyester fiberfill of your choice
Stitch marker
Yarn needle
Scissors

Pattern Stitches

Magic ring – Lp yarn over fingers as if making slip knot for foundation row, but do not pull taut. Take lp off the fingers and hold carefully. Ch 2, insert hook through center of slip knot. Yo, pull lp through; 2 lps on hook. Yo and pull through lps; one sc made. Rep from seven more times (8 sc total.) Pull up last lp to remove hook without dropping st, then hold all scs gently but firmly with one hand while slowly pulling the tail of the ring (part of unworked yarn) until the ring “magically” closes. Reinsert hook in last lp, pulling yarn taut enough to continue as directed in next rnd.

Puff Stitch – 1st puff ch 2, yo, insert hook into same stitch, yo, draw up lp rep from 3x, yo, pull through all lps on hook, ch 1
- Following puffs as 1st, omitting ch 2 at beginning of st

Notes

Keep tail inside body as you work, so you don’t have to weave it in later. Use a stitch marker at the beginning of each round so you don’t lose your place.
