Amigurumi Yellow Boxfish
Yellow boxfish is a yellow colour fish with box-shaped body. It belongs to the boxfish family (Ostraciidae) and is closely related to the pufferfishes (Tetraodontidae). Juvenile yellow boxfish have bright yellow colour body with black spots, which warns potential predators that they are poisonous. Small, cube-shaped juveniles look adorable with their big glassy eyes and puckered lips. However, their shape and colour change when they get older. They are yellowest, boxiest and cutest when they are babies!
