This over-sized wrap is shaped like a ruana, but can also be buttoned along the sides and worn as a vest.

It is worked along the bias in two colourways of a self-striping yarn. The changing colours of the piece combine the colours of birch trees in fall with a background of earth and stone.

This design is easily adaptable to any size. It can also be worked as a rectangular scarf or shawl--if you work the back on its own, or one of the fronts.

Among the Birches gives you a chance to experiment with the colours you love most.
