This is a basic mosaic crochet pattern. Its an Anarchy symbol. The finished piece can be used as a coaster, patch, or part of a larger project. This can be worked with any yarn from fine cotton to worsted acrylic. The bigger the yarn the bigger the final result.
I tend to use a smaller hook so the stitches look neater. Scrap yarns are fun to use with this project. Try to choose contrasting colors so the design pops.
