The Andrea cardigan is a sweet cotton cardigan for the smallest sizes, perfect for the warmer months when they need to be covered up but not get too warm. The cardigan is crocheted top-down with raglan increases in a fine eyelet pattern. It can be made with either ties or buttons, depending on the look you want, and since it uses relatively little yarn of each color, it is also a great scrap project.
