Construction
The headband is worked in the round to create a double layer of fabric for extra warmth. After the first section, the fabric is divided into two parts. These two sections are crossed at the center front to form a twist.

The sections are then joined back into one piece, creating a reversible fabric, and knitting continues in the round. At the end, the live stitches are joined to the cast-on edge using Kitchener stitch for a smooth, seamless finish.
