Angies Hat of Hope
This hat is named in honor of my niece, Angie, who is a Breast Cancer Survivor!! She is one sassy, classy, strong, courageous fighting woman!!
The inspiration for this hat idea came from looking at pictures of the fabric scarves made for people going through chemo…
It can be worn 2 ways…tie in the back or tie on the side…add a favorite pin to dress it up or just leave it plain and let the knot be the focal point!!
Supplies needed:
41 peg large gauge loom, loom hook, scissors, 4 stitch markers, row counter, crochet hook or craft needle for weaving in ends
Yarn…I used 2 strands of #4 Red Heart Super Saver for the pink hat and for the Blue hat body - less than 1 skein of each…The off white is Premiere Yarns Flowers Yarn - less than half a skein…
stitches used:
Double Ewrap Cast on, ewrap Knit and Purl - links to videos will be at end of pattern…
