Main pattern is amigurumi crochet, Intermediate crochet skills required, as some of the steps are a little bit fiddly.
Secondary pattern for Jumper is a knitting pattern (very basic skills required)
Pattern requires, 3.5mm crochet hook. 4mm straight needles and dpns OR 4mm circular- I used straight for jumper and circular for sleeves using the magic loop method.

Dk yarns in the following;

Bright Pink for body, tentacles and details, mouth and hair ( less than 50g)
White for underside and tentacles and rim of sucker mouth
Pastel pink for jumper
Dusty pink for neck, waistband, right sleeve and sleeve cuffs of jumper.

Scraps of:

Pastel blue for sleeve
Black for eyes
Pastel yellow for cheeks and star
Purple
Aqua
Pink for star stripes
Red for bow.

Darning needle
scissors
Optional safety eyes or buttons.
