When made from DK weight yarn, Merengue is about 33cm (13 inch) in height. The features (facial features, cream horn, strawberry decorations, chef outfit details) are all needlefelted and instructions are included on how I accomplished this.

If you don’t want to needlefelt, you can always buy felt sheets the same colours and cut out the features to sew or glue on instead.

To make the Merengue like in the picture, you will need:
 DK weight yarn – white, red, pink
 G/6 – 4.0mm crochet hook
 Wool Roving – brown, green, pink, white, light brown
 Needlefelting tools
 Foam block for felting on
 Small amount of polyfill stuffing
