This cardigan is a really good beginner project. A project with few techniques, but still with great wow-effect. It is knit top-down so that the length can be decided during the process.
Choose (9) 9 (10) 10 (11) 11 balls of yarns in different colors, both dark, light and medium colors - it’s not important whether they are all your favorite colors. The result is beautiful and lively because the color play is so rich.

Chest circumference:
XS: 98 cm.
S: 105 cm.
M: 112 cm.
L: 119 cm.
XL: 126 cm.
XXL: 133 cm.

There will probably be yarn left over. Therefore, I have written a recipe for a baggy adult hat and a children’s hat in a classic design, so that the leftovers can be used.
If I had knitted the cardigan in plain color, I would have used approx. 350 g to size M.

Fun fact: I named this cardigan after my friend Ann, who is incredibly good at using colors and not afraid to put together the wildest colors and patterns. I was going to help her knit a cardigan in many colors and during the process I was inspired to make my own Ann cardigan.
By the way, Ann is the model in the pictures.
