This outfit is made in 4ply yarn I used Stylecraft Life. The dress is made from the neck down with the bodice done in dc (US sc) rounds and the skirt an easy cluster pattern.
The matching hat is worked from the crown down.

The dress is a close fit so check your tension or size on your doll as you go.
