One size given- to fit Somerset designs Infant fleece-lined slipper soles. (Can be made slightly longer if desired or up-sized by using larger yarn)

I made these many years ago for a friend’s 1st granchild, & have made a pair for almost every baby shower I’ve attended since then- I wrote up the pattern for my (then) shop & sort of forgot it was still on my hard drive until today, so I thought why not make it a ravelry freebie? For all the littlest ones out there- Enjoy!

For the pair shown here I dyed several small hanks of natural cream Wildfoote with different shades of kool-aid in baggies in my micro-wave, then used them in a rainbow gradient order alternating 2 shades for 1 row with single rows of the next shade in the sequence- Red for picot-point c/o & eyelets, then 1x1 red/pink, then pink, then 1x1 pink/peach, then peach, then 1x1 peach/yellow etc. up through light & dark shades of green, blue, purple then finally back to red & pink.
