Antibodies Socks

I call these socks Antibodies because, you guessed it, the colorwork pattern represents small antibodies at work! Wear these socks and you will have a boost of energy to help fight viruses! Well…there is nothing proven in what I just said, but we all agree that wool socks = comfort !!

So, these are cuff down socks with a super simple colorwork pattern and a cozy honeycomb heel!

Circular needles: 2.5 mm/US 1.5 and 2.75 mm/US 2 for the colorwork section

Tapestry needle

3 stitch markers

Yarn

fingering weight yarn
C1: Laine Chatmaille – Mistigri (75% SW Merino/25% Nylon) – 50 g - Colorway Pâte au pesto
C2: Laine Chatmaille – Kitty (80% SW Merino/20% Nylon) – 50 g - Colorway Bâton de cannelle

You can use any fingering weight yarn that you like!

Bas Antibodies

“Antibodies” veut dire anticorps en anglais, car le motif de jacquard présent sur les bas représente des petits anticorps à l’oeuvre! Portez ces bas et vous aurez un surplus d’énergie pour vous aider à combattre les virus! Il n’y a rien de prouvé dans ce que je viens de dire, mais on est tous d’accord que bas de laine = réconfort !!

Donc, ce sont des bas qui se tricotent des côtes aux orteils avec un petit motif en jacquard super simple et un talon douillet tricoté en point alvéole!
