A lightweight cardigan worked in a honeycomb cable pattern with a gradient fade. Worked in fingering or sock yarn with the main colour held together with a strand of lace weight mohair silk yarn, to create a luxurious, soft, slip on cardigan. Choose beautiful hand-dyed fingering or sock yarn fades with a contrast main colour.

The cardigan is worked in one piece from the bottom up, then fronts and back are worked separately from the armholes. Shoulder shaping is with short rows and the shoulders are joined with a three needle bind off. Sleeves are picked up from the armhole and knitted in the round to the cuff. The front bands are picked up and finished with an i-cord bind off.
