For experienced knitters with solid color knitting & chart reading skills.

’Aotearoa’ is the Maori name for New Zealand, & ‘Tai Huri-Huri’ means ‘Turning Tides’ in the Maori language, this symbol is said to represent the ever changing cycles of life.

This project uses shades of Earth, Sea & Sky as a tribute to the Maori creation myths that inspired it.

This pattern is for the mitts only, Downloadable e-book is now available & includes both Hat & Mitts.

The hard cover book version is now available in a German translation.
