The Aparima cardi-jacket is bold and comfortable, featuring textured panels of slip stitches and charted mosaic patterns.

The cardigan is worked flat from the bottom up. At the armholes, the garment is divided into fronts and back, which are completed separately and seamed at the shoulders. Stitches are picked up around the armholes to work the sleeves, in the round. Stitches are also picked up to form the ribbed band around the front and neck.

The cardigan is designed to hang open rather than fasten down the front.

The cardigan will appeal to knitters who love beautiful, coloured yarns, and will provide the opportunity to showcase and combine yarns according to each knitter’s own inspiration.

It is suitable for intermediate knitters.
