Show off your Aquarius pride with this PDF crochet pattern. This pattern will create a large throw blanket featuring the Aquarius sign and star constellation. Crochet one for yourself or gift one to your partner, friend, or family member.

This pattern is 53x75 squares and uses two colors of your choice and white (blues were used in the sample image). Exact yardage for each color is provided in the pattern and appendix.

Skill Level: C2C is ideal for advanced beginners. As this project contains frequent color changes, I suggest a slow-and-steady approach. This pattern assumes you already know how to crochet the C2C stitch and can read a C2C pattern, however, a link to a full C2C video tutorial is included in the notes section of the pattern.

A blanket made from:

  • worsted weight yarn will be 40”x56” or 102x142cm and will require approximately 2,650 yards of worsted weight yarn. This size is ideal for a throw blanket.
  • dk weight yarn will be approximately 30”x42” or 76x107cm and will require 1,935 yards of DK weight yarn. This size is ideal for a small lapghan, baby blanket, or wall hanging.
  • chunky weight yarn will be approximately 45”x64” or 114x163cm and will require 2,915 yards of chunky weight yarn. This size is ideal for an oversized throw blanket.
