My 2019 Thanksgiving gift to you is the Arabella Cowl pattern that matches my Arabella Hat, and I want to send out a huge thank you to crocheters for all of your support for my designs over the past several years.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Crocheters, meet the star stitch! If you have never crocheted the star stitch, or have had trouble with this stitch in the past you have nothing to fear. You will love the star stitch and with my step-by-step tutorial and you will soon be zipping through the rows.
For the cowl I have included two sets of instructions, a full tutorial with photos to help you learn the star stitch, and basic instructions that you can graduate to, or use if you already know the star stitch.
The cowl is crocheted flat and then seamed, which allows you to decide your perfect stopping point and your perfect circumference.
The pattern uses bulky weight yarn, and I used the color gradient Yarn Bee Arabella yarn (105 yards/100 grams, cotton/acrylic). The cowl uses about one and a half skeins of Arabella, and if you have three skeins of this yarn you can make this cowl and the matching Arabella hat! Both the cowl and hat are great gifting items. And November is the perfect time to get started on your gift crocheting for the holiday season!
