I had this pattern on my head and turned out beautifully …the pattern looks like repeated shapes of the Mosque. It is also a twisted cowl when seaming. This is why the name Arabi Twist Cowl.

You can costumize in size since is a simple 2 row repeat. Originally designed closer to the neck. If you want bigger you will need extra yarn.
Gauge is not important but I crocheted loosely with a 5mm for a nice drape and lightweight to be used in spring/summer.

Thank you to my amazing testers! Pictures are their versions alongside mine.
