Designed for cool summer evenings and air-conditioned offices, Aragem features an elegant and modern lace pattern perfect for an easy, yet interesting knitting project.

The wrap is presented in two shapes: a lightweight scarf and a crescent shawl. The scarf is worked seamlessly from a temporary cast on to both ends, starting with simple openwork pattern and ending with wide textured lace edgings. The crescent shawl is worked from the top down, beginning with a set of simple garter stitch short rows and ending with the deep beaded border (375 6/0 4.00 mm seed beads, optional).

The lace borders are very easy to knit using only basic stitches; knitters may choose to omit the beads for a simpler version that is every bit as stunning.
