The classic aran look done in crochet. This pattern has 2 stockings, each in different patterns. The finished stockings are a good sized 22”, perfect for Santa to stuff full of goodies.

A 1 pound ball of worsted weight yarn will make both stockings. Add a bit of ribbon to trim the top and make the hanging loop. (There is an option to eliminate the ribbon trim in the pattern). There’s even space in the top band to embroider a name.

Gauge is not important.
