A modern twist on my classic stripe pattern with a moss stitch stripe and border to add a slight complexity for more experienced knitters and those wanting to perfect their knit and purl stitches.

I have designed this pattern that uses knit and purl stitches only so if you are new to knitting it is the ideal starter blanket and if you are more experienced you can sit and relax while you make something lovely.

If you want to make a larger blanket, I have explained how to modify the blanket in the pattern so you could even make one as a treat for yourself!

I have used 4 balls of Paintbox Simply Aran yarns in this pattern which comes in LOTS of fabulous colours. It is one of my favourite yarns because its reasonably price yet still incredibly soft and always receives compliments whether it is a vibrant colour like Mustard Yellow or softer tones like this Dusty Pink yarn.
