This blanket has a lightweight feel to it with a textured design to keep baby’s snug. I have used Malabrigo Rios yarn which is super soft, very durable (it’s washable!) and comes in lots of lovely colours like this bright Frank Ochre or more subtle colours like Valentina.

I have designed the pattern to use knit and purl stitches only to make it suitable for beginners as well as experienced knitters.
