This pattern is for my new Army Guy Tyler! He stands at approx. 12” with a head of approx. 12”.

It includes detailed instructions as well as lots of helpful pics for making the Army Guy Tyler with boots, pants, and shirt built in to the body, removable hat, removable jacket with cute little pockets, and removable backpack that really opens!

My Army Guy Tyler is worked from the feet up with no sewing! He has boot-like feet and a cute little belly and bottom! The arms are crochet on as you go, and the pattern includes instructions and pics for exact placement.

I used 1 full skein and a little bit of the 2nd skein of I Love this Cotton in Sage Ombre. I found that it had a bit too much green, so I chose to cut and reattach in several places to get a better camouflage look.

What you’ll need:
Size C (2.75mm), E (3.50mm), G (4.25mm), and H (5mm) hooks
I Love This Cotton in Ivory, Black, White, Brown, and Sage Ombre
Crochet needle for sewing in ends
Stuffing
10mm Safety Eyes

This doll was modeled after our oldest little one Tyler. Tyler loves playing with his army guys and spends most of the day having epic battles with tiny little men all over the house. He has been waiting for this army guy for quite some time now, and is totally in love! :)

This pattern has been tested by 2 fellow fiber artists. Big thanks to Debra Chonos and Linda Richard Monroe for testing for me!

Please feel free to message me with any questions!

Hope you all enjoy!
