This pattern uses a Tunisian stitch, and technique, but can easily be done with a regular hook.
Stitch count is made at end of forward pass. Count loops on hook.
Use looser tension on return pass, or the top loop will be difficult to work into on the forward pass.
The beginning stitch of the forward pass is directly above the 1st tds of the last row (not the beginning ch of previous row).
One row includes both the forward and return pass.
