This pillow is made in one solid piece using fair isle knitting and only two strands of yarn. The completed piece is then wrapped around a pillow form and mattress stitched on the remaining three sides. I love the muted colors in this pillow and the speckled gray in the background color. I think it will blend well with most decor.

The instructions are pretty straightforward and clear to follow. I found it much easier to knit this pillow in fair isle instead of intarsia. It is a lot less complicated that way.

The finished pillow measures 12x16 inches and I used Vanna’s Choice Lion Brand yarn
