This headband is worked in one piece with decreases at each edge and increases in the center. The shaping creates a series of chevrons that look like arrows pointing across the fabric. Cream yarn is worked in reverse stockinette stitch while the contrast color yarn is worked in stockinette stitch, giving the stripes a clear texture difference. After knitting, the short ends are sewn together and the long edges are folded inward and seamed to finish the band. The result is a snug, warm headband with a bold geometric look.
