Needles:
24 in (60 cm) size US 5 (3.75 mm) circular needles, one spare circular needle of similar size for provisional stitches.

Notions:
1 locking stitch marker, crochet hook for crochet provisional cast on, waste yarn for provisional cast on, tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

Gauge:
19 stitches and 34 rows = 4 in (10 cm) in garter/stockinette stitch pattern after blocking.

Construction Notes:

• The cowl is worked flat and the live stitches are seamed together using Kitchener stitch.
