This pattern is for those with a bit of experience, intermediate. It’s worked as one piece, but in 3 different sections: top ribbing, body, bottom ribbing.

Top ribbing is worked in rows with the last row slip stitched to the first to form a band, this is the part that will hold the legwarmer up on the calf.

The body is worked in the pattern of one row of alternating clusters and single crochet and one row of alternating V-stitch and chain spaces. Instructions for clusters and V-stitch is given on the pattern.

The bottom ribbing is worked in rows that are slip stitched to the last row of the body.

Size adjustment instructions are given on the pattern. To get the correct size measure around the calf just below the knee. You will need to make the length of the top ribbing 1” - 2” less than the measurement to account for the stretching.

If you liked this pattern check out the free pattern for the matching hat! It’s posted on my site as well.
