Very straightforward pattern and pleasing to knit in Artesano Superwash 100% merino (RRP£ 4.75) (Machine washable).

Three balls of yarn required because of the colour scheme, but you could knit in one colour, or two colours, and vary the stripes creatively.

Three balls of yarn in striped pattern given will knit at least three large sized bottle warmers.

Two sizes: to fit a 4 oz bottle and an 8oz bottle.

The rib top is folded over to the inside and elastic sewn in, so that the cover doesn’t fall down when feeding.

Babies love to feel the softness of the yarn while they feed, and they keep the milk warm for longer.

NB. Please follow normal guidelines for heating and storing milk. Milk should be discarded an hour after heating. The bottle warmer should not be used to prolong the life of the heated milk, merely to keep the temperature up during the normal feeding period.
