Needles

• 5mm (US 8) straight or circular needles

Gauge

• 24 sts and 24 rows measure 10 x 10cm (4 x 4in) over pattern, lightly blocked
• Swatch to determine the needle size that achieves the correct gauge

Construction

• The scarf is worked from tip to tip. The first tip is shaped with increases along its right edge, and the second – with mirrored decreases along the left edge.

• The body of the scarf is worked in a four-row repeat and can be easily adjusted to a desired length. The edges are polished off with slipped stitch selvedge
