This booklet is all about the automatic edgings, no manual transfers, and yet the edgings scallop and shape right before your very eyes!

This simple garment illustrates how you can create stunning lace edgings automatically! Stitches are increased and decreased without the need for time consuming manual transfer of stitches!

By using a combination of the lace carriage to decrease your shaped edge and the main carriage to increase automatically beautiful edgings are quickly and easily produced!

This garment was created using less than one cone Yeoman Volga 50/50 acrylic/Wool, size included is for a 38-40” bust however sizing could easily be adapted. This booklet is all about the lace patterns, not the garment! These instructions were written for Brother Electronic machines, we used a Brother 950i with separate lace carriage. The technique could be used on other machines subject to pattern stitch repeat.
