As Time Goes By is a bit of a love story where the cable pattern is a path couples follow over the course of their lives as they face events, celebrations and sometimes challenges.

These socks are knit cuff down, one or two at a time in the round with a simple cable and eyelet pattern to compliment without competing with self-striping yarn. This pattern is also suitable for speckled, tonal or solid yarn. It’s great for the experienced knitter looking for a relaxing knit, as well as the inexperienced or new to sock knitting.

They’re also interchangeable depending on your mood! One day you might like to wear the design on the outside of your foot but next time you might prefer the design on the inside of your foot.
