What makes ASA patterns different: Traditional granny squares meet innovative joining. These patterns use squares of varying sizes — perfect for scrap yarn — while the continuous joining method dramatically reduces ends to weave in.
Finished size: is approximately 30 x 20 times bigger than your 3 round square. Sample measures 96” x 67”
Total yardage: 5450 yards
Squares: 3600 yards
Join: 1850 yards
(My testers used less yarn than this. I have kept the numbers as high as they are because I used almost this much, and I don’t want you to run out of yarn while making this!)
Skill level: Intermediate (the joining method is the challenge, not the squares themselves)
What’s included:
- Written granny square pattern (or use your own favourite)
- RH and LH schematics
- Continuous join tutorial links (written with photos + video)
