A garter stitch oversized funnelneck ‘boyfriend’ sweater

Skills required:
This is a project for first-time knitters using the most basic knit stitch and simple shaping.

You will need:
• one pair each of 7mm (US 10½-11) and 9mm (US 13) straight needles
• a tapestry needle for sewing up
• row counter and stitch markers.

Child (approx aged 5-8) - 61-67cm (24in-26½in)
Junior (approx aged 9+ - UK 4 -8) - 76-81cm (28in-32in)
Adult S-M (UK 8-14) - 81-96.5cm (32in-38in)
