Meet Asher the Mushroom Cat, a cozy little grey cat dressed in an adorable mushroom costume!

Techniques Used:

All pieces are knitted flat and then sewn together.

You should already know how to: Cast on, knit, purl, and cast off, increase (KFB, KRL, KLL) and decrease (K2tog, P2tog)
Sew using Mattress Stitch, Whip Stitch and Back Stitch.

Materials

• Two pairs of 2mm knitting needles (straight or circular)
• Susan’s Family Alpaca
• Toy filling (less than 50g)
• 3 Holders
• 2 markers
• White beads (3 mm and 4 mm)
• 1 pair of 5 mm safety eyes
• 2 black round beads for the ladybug pocket eyes (4 mm)
• A small piece of white felt for the cat’s eyes and the ladybug pocket eyes.
• Tapestry needle, Scissors and Sewing pins

Finished Size

The finished toy is approximately 22cm tall.
