I needed something to wear on my feet for my pilates class. I found normal socks didn’t let me grip with my toes, and going without I would get cold feet. So I designed Ashram Pilates Socks.

They s are knitted using Coach House Yarns British Falkland Corriedale fngering weight in Vampire Rock Chick colourway. They use a cuff down method of sock knitting with no heels or toes so that you can grip during your workout session.

There are two versions; Version One has a plain stocking stitch leg with a cabled foot and Version Two has a cable running the full length of the sock. Both versions have a section of ribbing at the top and bottom.
Both versions take approx 80g each, but you could make the leg slightly longer to use the full skein if preferred.
