CONSTRUCTION
The cowl is knitted from short side to short side with a provisional
cast-on and assembled by grafting. It is patterned by two-row striped garter stitch (all knit sts) and reversed garter stitch (all purled sts). Light and stretchy to wear around the neck and also allows both single-ply wool and unspun wool to shine. The cowl is designed to be worn wrapped twice around the neck. Adjust the length to fit your needs, just keep in mind that the garter stitch makes the fabric very stretchy.
There are two versions of the cowl — one two-coloured and the other one knitted in four undyed colours. Version 1 is slightly smaller and knitted in two colours, version 2 is slightly larger and knitted in four colours.
