The beautiful rugged mountains of Idaho are crowned with aspen trees. In the spring, they are a soft green, giving color after the bleak grays, browns and whites of winter. In summer, they darken to a rich green. In autumn, they turn a glorious gold, crowning the mountains with their vibrant color.

The 8-row lace pattern is easily memorized. Socks are knitted top-down with a heel flap.
