This pattern consists of three different crocheted plant species: crispy wave fern (Asplenium nidus), polka dot plant (Hypoestes phyllostachya), and snake plant (Dracaena trifasciata). Each species can be modified to your desired size to fill out whatever container you are ‘planting’ them in.

Materials

Yarn: Scraps of any appropriately colored yarn can be
used. The below are the yarns used in the photo.

Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick
Barley (G)

Hook: 3.25 mm (D), 4.5 mm (G), or size appropriate
for your chosen yarn

Notions: tapestry needle, flower pot, pot filler (yarn
scraps work well), thin wire (optional)
