SIZING & YARN ESTIMATION
There are 4 UNDERBUST sizes to which the pattern subtracts around 20-25% of negative ease:
Underbust size (cm), Size of the final garment underbust (cm)
60-85, 32
(85-105), (39)
105-120, 46
(120-135), (54)
Don’t worry it will be very very stretchy and you will increase based in your bust size! you will be covered :)
The grams and meters used vary a lot based on your bust and underbust circumference. Between testers the range of yarn used is between: 40g/160m and 85g/340m. (check the tester’s gallery for more info about sizing and meterage).
If you are in doubt, size down as the yarn will be very elastic!
To the bikini a stretchy lining or a bra cup will be added to prevent it from being see through after a bit of wear, see infos in the last page of the pattern.
If you don’t feel like sewing on your top, another option is to hold the yarn double; this means that you will need double of the amount suggested above! Be careful to do a gauge swatch holding the yarn double, as it could change the outcome of the bikini!
