The Asteria Socks combine a classic stockinette foot with a lovely two-color lattice pattern on the leg. This contrasting lattice sits on top of the main fabric, creating a beautiful textured look. It looks clever and complicated, but the technique is actually simple and easy to learn.

Worked from the top down with a comfortable short-row heel (German short rows / Boomerang heel), this pattern uses only basic techniques. It is an enjoyable, relaxing project for knitters of all skill levels.

SIZING
These socks can be knit in any size, as the pattern is fully adjustable to your measurements. Simple steps are included to calculate the perfect fit based on your individual gauge.

SKILL LEVEL
Confident Beginner. This pattern includes knitting in the round, a short-row heel, and a simple two-color stitch pattern (slipped stitches).
