Astra is knit in the round using a knit and purl stitch pattern that gradually transitions into a star-shaped crown. It is worked with a light 4ply yarn and is suitable for an advanced beginner.

  • Skill Level Intermediate – working in the round, knit, purl, simple increases and decreases, and finishing.

  • Finished Measurements 15 ¼ (17 ½, 19 ¾, 21 ¾) in / 38 (43.5, 49, 54.5) cm brim circumference. Shown in size 19 ¾ in / 49 cm. Designed to be worn with approximately 2-3 in / 5-7.5 cm of negative ease.
