Astrid's Homebound blanket
Going home… Whether you are going home after a long day’s work or travelling to your childhood home for a family celebration, or perhaps moving to another country to make your new home, “homebound” always has good feelings of anticipation.
This blanket is made in interlocking crochet, and the pattern comes with instructions on the technique itself, plus photo tutorials on how to get started and how to make the colour changes.
I used Scheepjes Stone Washed, 803 Black Onyx for the drawings, and many colours for the rest. A list of all colours used is included in the pattern, as well as how many grams of each, and added a “colouring page” for you to create your own colour scheme.
If you are new to the technique, you can find my tutorials with a free downloadable pattern to follow here: Astrid’s Interlocking crochet YouTube channel
