Today I wanted to share with you a little pouch I made to hold the dice I use when I play dungeons and dragons with friends. One of the most interesting aspects of D&D is the mingling of fantasy with reality and the notion that you become your character. Nerdy yes, but also engaging and unique. Dice and dice bags are common ways to personalize the game and add elements of your character’s personality.

My first and thus far only character, Athalia, is a human cleric who has left the priesthood and is now a traveler. In my mind she is practical and into what I see as natural art - textiles. Knitting being one of the most special ways to create something both practical and beautiful I decided my character would of course have a hand knitted pouch. A medicine bag of sorts.
