This pattern is for a cowl for an adult human.

This cowl features a relaxed basketweave pattern that is as cozy as those beautiful fall days when the weather finally cools off. The fit is tight enough to be cozy around your neck but loose enough to fit over your head without messing up your hair, resulting in a warm feel that doesn’t choke you.

This cowl is knit flat on size 10 (6.0mm) knitting needles using Aran weight yarn. The cowl uses a provisional cast-on and Kitchener stitch to join once you’re done knitting. This is a written pattern.

This pattern was constructed especially for Debbie Bliss Lhasa yarn but may work well with other Aran weight yarns.
