This is a PDF crochet pattern for the Auntie Burrows Rabbit toy and outfit, which consists of matching dress, jacket, hat, shoes and a bag. The bag’s handles fit snuggly over Auntie Burrows’ arm, so that she can hold it. (I also have a PDF pattern available for just the outfit, for those who had the basic rabbit pattern that was available in Inside Crochet magazine)

Auntie Burrows loves to sew, spin, knit and crochet, and will be very happy if you let her collect some oddments of fleece, yarn or old fabrics. The bag is also sized so that you can pop in a few mini, or hen-sized chocolate eggs or candies and so would be perfect as part of an Easter or Spring Equinox gift. ♥

The crochet pattern for the actual Auntie Burrows Rabbit was originally available in Inside Crochet magazine, issue 15.

Auntie Burrows is just over 13 inches tall and is fully jointed and can sit and stand unaided.

Auntie Burrows started out in life as a pencil sketch. She then burrowed around in my imagination for a while and eventually was made into a little crocheted figure. Auntie Burrows now has her own blog http://auntieburrows.blogspot.com/ where you can find out more about her, plus stories, crafts and colouring pictures to download for the young and young at heart.

UK crochet terminology is used throughout, but I am willing to help with conversion to USA terminology if this is difficult for you. I also offer free “crocheting support”. If you have any questions about the pattern feel free to contact me and I will do all I can to help! ♥

** The price of the clothing pattern pdf is £2.50 GBP and the price for the full pattern (rabbit and outfit) is £3.50 GBP **
