This gorgeous shawl is such a cozy addition to any Fall or Winter wardrobe! It can be worn as either a scarf or a shawl and provides so much warmth. A lovely combination of lace and closed texture knitting, it works up well with solid colored yarns, variegated yarns, or both. You have the option of making this with either an open or closed fabric feel by making a simple change.

I designed this shawl while in Australia so I decided to go with a name that reflects my time there. Arvo is the Australian abbreviation for afternoon and this shawl is great for a casual afternoon out and about!
